Первоначальный трек номер ранее использовался для другого заказа. Вероятно, из-за этого и были проблемы с отслеживанием. После переписки с продавцом и короткого поиска по системам отслеживания посылок (вторая или третья ссылка в Google) посылка была отслежена и я смог её получить.
